Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Revenue Operations, the Salesforce Coordinator will maintain daily SFDC coordination and implement sales process improvement changes. The coordinator will work closely with functional leaders, business teams, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new sales processes. The Salesforce Coordinator will work closely with our BusApp team responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvements of our CRM platform.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as primary Salesforce coordinator for Absolute’s Salesforce.com environment supporting a global sales organization of 225+ users
Assist with managing Salesforce Territory Management
Own account creation and territory/opp assignments
Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new sales related enhancement requests and a lead Salesforce UAT efforts, to ensure new functionality launches seamlessly to stakeholders
Work with our sales management teams to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
Ensure data within Salesforce environment has clean data, perform data hygiene
Effectively communicate solution options, along with pros and cons, to non-technical business stakeholders.
Effectively act as the liaison between our users and business application development teams
Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and past success in expanding capabilities through the use of process builders, workflow rules, and validation rules.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
Strong reporting background using SFDC reporting functionality/formulas
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, verbal and written, at all levels of the organization
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce.com coordinator or specialist
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com platform, best practices and functionality
Strong data management abilities
A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex business requirements
