Publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange and Nasdaq (SCR), theScore also creates and distributes innovative digital content through its web, social and esports platforms Typical Work Day at theScore: Manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes. Set up and deploy company laptops, workstations, mobile devices and other associated hardware and software for employees. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with connectivity, user login, software or hardware. Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues. Create, manage, and audit user accounts and access rights to various cloud applications, Manage and configure VoIP systems, meeting rooms, conference systems and A/V systems. Maintain documentation, software license, subscription and asset inventory. Help ensure company IT policies and security practices are adhered to. Assist in researching and testing new technologies. Participate in IT/Facilities projects as required. Other duties as required. Requirements Completed education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field. Certifications are preferred, but not required. Previous experience in an IT support role with experience supporting Windows 10, MacOS, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, MDM, endpoint protection, wireless and wired network troubleshooting, VPN, DNS, and DHCP. Strong attention to detail. Outside-the-box thinker with strong analytical skills. Strong knowledge of technical systems and troubleshooting. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
