Ancillary Services
Applicants are to clearly demonstrate how they satisfy the selection criteria in their written

The Ancillary Service Operational Support will provide general operational support for the Print
Shoppe and/or the Campus Store locations which includes, but not limited to processing of Point
of Sale (POS) transactions, front line customer service support, inventory year end counting,
stock replenishment, Account Receivable transactions (sponsorships), locker maintenance,
processing print account transactions, processing print request forms, print production operation
and finishing and wide format printing with training and supervision provided. R E Q U I R E D Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S
High school diploma; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Experience in retail setting Experience using a Point of Sale System Experience in front line Customer Service Significant experience with Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams Demonstrated ability to work as a part of a team with limited supervision Demonstrated ability to effectively manage tasks and successfully meet deadlines Demonstrated ability the think critically and develop reasonable, effective solutions Strong technical competencies - with both hardware and software applications Values Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Commitment to lifelong learning A S S E T S
Ability to effectively communicate in languages other than English Demonstrated experience in a post secondary institution retail operation Demonstrated experience with a bookstore operation software systems C O N D I T I O N S O F E M P L O Y M E N T
