Do you have what we’re looking for?
3 to 6 years of pension law experience
experience advising plan administrators, plan sponsors, trustees, and major institutional pension funds on a wide range of matters including pension plan design, administration, governance, legislative compliance, fiduciary responsibilities, plan wind-ups, pension fund investment, surplus strategies, and pension and benefit issues arising from corporate transactions
experience advising clients on employee and executive compensation programs including supplemental retirement arrangements and deferred profit sharing plans
superior communication and drafting skills
excellent academic credentials
