Associates in the Machine Operator Level 2 classification (MO2) are responsible to safely, efficiently and accurately operate complex machinery to add value to our product within production schedule, on-time complete delivery and within quality expectations. MO2’s will operate either: a) CNC machines that require the selection of programs and entry of parameters or; b) will operate complex non CNC machinery that requires frequent set up changes or complex set up changes, or c) will operate as a generalists, ie. MO2’s will be able to safely perform cleaning on their machine and basic preventive maintenance and will be responsible to quickly identify any issues or conditions that may impact the safe, efficient, quality operation of the machine. The ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs. The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be 8-10 hours) The ability to read measurements, work or calculate numbers, use handheld tools, including but not limited to handheld pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills. Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and the ability to work overtime as needed.
